Oviedo to Triacastela?

Would appreciate any advice or info on getting from Oviedo to Triacastela. Due to only having 6 days to walk we think Triacastela is the furthest back we could start and are flying into Oviedo on 5th April. Also looking for any recommendations for a place to stay in Oviedo. Thanks.

The airport that Easyjet call Oviedo is closer to Aviles so first you will need to get a bus into Oviedo.
Alsa http://www.alsa.es/portal/index.asp run a service once a day from Oviedo to Piedrafita do Cebreiro not far from O Cebreiro. From there you will need to get local transport to Tricastela - or walk (1 day).
