Please help with Correos link

Hello, my friend and I are organising baggage transfer for our last day through Correos. The process went through seamlessly, payment etc, however since then they keep sending me an email in Spanish... google translate has helped me decipher that they want me to confirm the reservation, and ask me to click on Email received link (Email recibo).
When I click on the link I end up at their Spanish website with no English options and I dont know what to do from here. I just dont want something to fall through the cracks and arrive in Santiago with no bags.
I have received receipt for payment and labels.
This is what they are requesting ..... Para que nuestro sistema no le vuelva a remitir este correo electrónico debe realizar el proceso de confirmación de recepción pulsando Email recibido o copiando y pegando el hipervínculo en la barra de su navegador....
Any help greatly appreciated (I have searched the forum to see if it has been asked previously but no luck)... thanks, jo
 
The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
I'd say they're sending you a receipt of your payment. They want you to click on the link to confirm you're receive it and so they won't send you any other emails about it. But, in my experience, you get an error message when you click. So, you will probably get a couple more emails with the same message. Just ignore them.

Roughly, this means: In order for our system not to send you this email again, you must confirm receipt by clicking on Email received or by copying and pasting the hyperlink in your browser bar .....

I find using Chrome as a browser and GMail as my mail server useful for the translation services they provide. Or you could install DeepL (from DeepL.com) as a browser add-on as well.
 
I got that email too when I registered for baggage transfer. The link in the email didn’t go anywhere, so I emailed Correos to ask if I needed to do anything else to confirm my reservation and they said I was all set and everything did go smoothly. So if you are worried (as I was) just shoot them and email and ask.
