Primitivo with my son in May 2022

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
My son Evan and I will be starting the Camino Primitivo on May 14th. He was 18 in February and I was 50, and we're walking the Camino to mark our significant birthdays.
Buen Camino, Michael.
What a wonderful way to celebrate your milestone birthdays and not to mention the bonding experience for you and your son!!
I wish you both a fantastic journey.

Thanks Ann.
I thought that too, but at first Evan didn't like the idea of a walking trip in Spain with his dad. He's got used to the idea now though, and is really looking forward to it. We went on a training walk with his cousin today in the northern fells and had a great time.

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
Thanks Ann.

Wow that is a beautiful place to train! Gorgeous nature. Thanks for sharing the photos. Lol yes I can only imagine what either of my sons would say if I suggested a walking trip ... Evan will appreciate the memories you are creating for many many years to come. Well done.

I'm sure that he'll have a wonderful time, but even if he doesn't, he's going to Zante with his friends shortly afterwards to recover.
