Does anyone have a new e-mail address for the refugio at Orisson? The one on the website doesn't seem to work. Also, since I don't speak or understand French, how can I make a reservation?
Kitty
I suggest you reserve well in advance, at least 3-4 wks prior to departure to make sure you get a confirmation of availability. Remember it's a small albergue (only 30 bunks) and in high demand for the breathtaking view and to break the long haul up the Pyrenees into more manageable stages.
As to the language, do it in english. That's what I did and Mr Etchandy responded also in english.
Here's the address that I used last spring and it worked very quickly. And yes - definitely reserve as far ahead as you can. Much of May is already full at Orisson apparently. Jean-Jacques does speak Spanish as well. jean-jacques.etchandy@wanadoo.fr
