Ryanair to cease flights Nottingham-SCQ

The focus is on reducing the risk of failure through being well prepared. 2nd ed.
Not a surprise really... I remember reading a Santiago paper once this route was announced where they kept quoting how far Nottingham E Midlands was from London. Ofcourse if you want to go to London, you don't fly to Nottingham E Midlands.

Living in Santiago, I personally are looking forward to the new Santiago - Paris route offered by Vueling...

For me, being far from London is an advantage. SCQ flight replaced by extra flights to Girona. Don't imagine there's much demand Girona-Nottingham either, and would guess it's mainly the other way. Santiago is just too far from the Mediterranean - unless of course you're like me and avoid seaside resorts ;-)

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
Thanks Peter for bringing this to my attention.
We have flights booked from Santiago to East Midlands for the 19th June. Two friends that are meeting me for the last 100km only booked return flights from East Midlands yesterday for the 7th June???!! How on earth are they allowed to do this?
Ryan Air has yet to inform me of this decision. Arrrgghhh!

Minkey,
Up until an hour ago I still had not heard from Ryanair. I rang them at a cost of 10p per minute and after 15 minutes was told that my flight had automatically been transfered to Liverpool.
No big deal I suppose in the great scheme of things!

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
your alternative is to demand a refund (or go via STN if that's more convenient for you). These things are always covered by the T&Cs (which of course most people never read) - 'Ryanair reserves the right ...' etc etc
