Time of past OR future Camino
St. Jean - Los Arcos (2012), Los Arcos - Sahagun (2013), Sahagun - Sarria (2014)
Hi, I'm new to the forum. It's taken the last 2 years to get to Sahagun from St. Jean. This year (Sun 29 June) we fly into Santander and we want to continue from Sahagun. I've checked RENFEs and FEVE (and goeuro.co.uk) but I can't find a train from Santander to any of Leon, Palencia or Sahagun although I've seen posts saying Santander to both Leon and Palencia are possible. Any help gratefully received - there's 4 of us travelling. Buen Camino.

New Original Camino Gear Designed Especially with The Modern Peregrino In Mind!
You can get to Leon through Palencia, then Leon to Sahagun. Example:

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
I'm hoping there is a train or a bus from Sahagun to Pamplona on June 18.
I haven't been able to confirm it.
Anybody know?

At time of writing I can get information on this route (renfe) up to and including 14 June 2014. So its too early to ask.

The bus is a different piece of work. Three buses are required and two of the bus companies have no information beyond one month in advance.

Sahagun to Burgos - ALSA
Burgos to Logrono - Autobuses Jiminez
Logrono to Pamplona - Estellesa

If using the FEVE it goes from Santander to Oviedo and then change to RENFE from Oviedo to Leon. Only 2 trains a day on the FEVE - 9.10 and 16.10 I think, but check the times. The journey takes about 5 hours (FEVE) plus the time on the RENFE
