Hello- Just want to be sure that this service is up and running still as the post is a bit old. We will be walking the Portuguese route in September and would like to send a package to Santiago from Italy.

If you are starting in Porto you have other options to send a bag from there.
Tuitrans offers transport directly from Porto to Santiago.
