Great. That makes it very straightforward. Please advise If it’s recommended to send from Barcelona or from Pamplona ( en route to SJPDP)

There isn’t any advantage of one over the other, whatever suits you best. BUT do check ahead if either of them are going to fall on a weekend, since not all offices are open on weekends.
