There isn’t any advantage of one over the other, whatever suits you best. BUT do check ahead if either of them are going to fall on a weekend, since not all offices are open on weekends.

I shipped from Pamplona several years ago and if you go early in the morning it is less likely to be crowded. I think in Barcelona you might encounter a queue.
