Hola Hana - and welcome to the Forum, as for traffice (walkers) departing St Jean given that May 1st is a national public holiday in both France and Spain the trail might be a bit more crowded than later in the week. BTW I note you are planning to stay at Orisson - have you booked your bed? If not I suggest you contact them directly - from what has been posted here lately they appear to be very popular this first week in May.
