Time of past OR future Camino
May or September (2018)
My name is Linda from San Luis Obispo. I will be starting my solo journey of the Francis path on 28/08/2018! It's been 5 years since seeing THE WAY, I knew one day I would be able to experience this incredible journey! Thank you Ivar for this forum, I feel as ready as I ever will be with all the terrific advice and guidance! I will be in SJPdP a couple of days prior taking in the moments and adjusting to the time change. I look forward to meeting so many fun and outgoing people.

St James' Way - Self-guided 4-7 day Walking Packages, Reading to Southampton, 110 kms
€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
Good luck, Linda!

I’ll be on my first Camino too, inspired in much the same way.

Maybe see you along the path.
Buen Camino!

Hi Linda. Glad you feel well prepared but keep an eye out for the unexpected, that's often the best bit.

Buen Camino,

Rob.

Buen Camino Linda! I walked around the same time as you on my first pilgrimage in 2016, stating on 8/27 in SJPdP, a wonderful time to walk in northern Spain. The vineyards are ripe and the sunflowers are still in bloom. Beware! The Camino has a way of getting ahold of you...I am about to walk for the fourth time in September. Ultreia! elle

Dorpie, you are so right about going with the flow and being flexible, looking forward to all of it:)! Yes JF Gregory you are correct and there is talk about revitalizing it!
Thank you to all of your good wishes!
Buen Camino!

Buen Camino. Life changing adventure awaits! And it all begins with one step forward followed, of course, by many, many others.

New user here. Hello to you all. New to the forum but not to the Camino. I was told about this Forum whilst I walking the lovely scenic 'Camino Norte'. I'm planning walking another in June.
Hi, A couple years ago I flew into Geneva and took a train to Laussane to begin my Francigena. Next year I would like to fly into Geneva and walk the south side - France into Aigle, Switzerland...
