Dear All! Good to be here! I had a random idea to go to one part of the Camino. I have only one week so I thought to start from O Cebreiro. Is the wather adequate for a starter too (I did and am doing long-distance running, different sports, but I do not really know the circumstances)? Would you reccomend to get O Cebreiro from Leon or Santiago (and walk back there)? Any suggestions? Thank you!

Welcome Barbara , wish you a great time and making lots of friends along the way, Buen Camino , Peter .

Weather should be ok, but expect rain and chilly mornings. Seven should be ok as long as you are walking all seven, it's mostly hills, no flat, no mountains, beautiful country. I believe there is an ALSA (.com) bus that comes from madrid and if i am not mistaken stops at piedrafita do cebreiro which is a short hike or taxi from o cebreiro. It goes to santiago. Buen Camino!
