Hello,

Today is a great day for the Camino, for our Camino.

The Advisory Committee of Patrimony of the Xunta of Galicia, after meeting maintained yesterday until ten at night in Santiago of Compostela, insists to the paralyzation of works of the Industrial Polygon in
O Pino, revoking its authorization of March, 27th. The Advisory Committee has elevated its decision, binding, to the Direction Xeral de Patrimonio.

To all those that are fighting, all those that have believed and all those that have worked everyday in defense of the Way day to day from for four months: THANKS.

The AGACS will ask for the immediate replacement and the responsibilities pertinent by the wild destroyed one of more of a million meters squares of hoisted of the Way of Santiago.

Desde Galicia, abrazos, José Antonio de la Riera, Asociación Galega de Amigos do Camiño de Santiago,
AGACS,Presidente.

Hello,

from what I read in today's Voz de Galicia it hasn't yet been decided whether it's the historic camino francés that's affected. It appears to depend upon the findings of a team of archaeologists and they haven't finished their studies yet.

Yes of course.

It's planned the construction of a Petrol Refinery, I don't know exactly where.

But not only over the VDLP.

The AGACS is already protesting against a motorway Lugo-Santiago that would cross the Camino in just 5 points.

Now it's been planned a new road near Cee, in the Camino to Fisterra. Over the Camino.

Don't forget Yesa, in the Aragones.

Another 15000 new houses between Pamplona and El Alto del Perdon.

In the Camino Catalan, just beside Montserrat.

Etc, etc.

Buen Camino, Poor Camino!
