Hi all,

Our party of 4 (one is 75 yo) will be arriving at Palas de Rei on 13 Sept from Portomarin. I've tried all (I think) the accommodation options that I could find from the resources online but they all seem to have been booked out. Do you have any suggestion for us please? Out of town is fine by us if the owner offers pick-up service. A novice here trying to organise for my first-timer companions so a little bit stressed out. Many thanks for your help!

€2,-/day will present your project to thousands of visitors each day. All interested in the Camino de Santiago.
The first edition came out in 2003 and has become the go-to-guide for many pilgrims over the years. It is shipping with a Pilgrim Passport (Credential) from the cathedral in Santiago de Compostela.
There appears to be availability in Melide and various within 10km/ 20€ Taxi ride of Palas del Rei on your required date. Persistence is a virtue
Buena suerte
Thank you sir! Just booked one further beyond Palas de Rei thanks to your pointer. Really appreciate it! It's a 7 hour walk but I think we can make it. Can sleep easy tonight : )

If you decide to stay in Melide, may I recommend staying at the Albergue Pereiro. I stayed there last year. It was very clean and comfortable. Very nice owners.
