Every year on the first Saturday in May, thousands of people around the globe participate in World Labyrinth Day (WLD) as a moving meditation for world peace.

Join Journeyman and Camino pilgrims on Saturday, May 4, in this worldwide moving meditation, breathing in peace and breathing out love, at the site of Laberinto del Camino in Os Chacotes Park, Palas de Rei. At 12:00 Noon we will gather for an introduction to labyrinths and Laberinto del Camino, as well as prepare for the labyrinth walk at 1:00 p.m. (13:00 Spain time).

In May 2022, Journeyman, in collaboration with Concello de Palas de Rei, led the creation and development of Laberinto del Camino, a one-of-a-kind labyrinth that incorporates the two key symbols of the Camino: scallop shell and arrow. Directions: Starting at the stamp booth along Camino Francés (opposite Hotel La Cabaña), follow the nearby dirt path 75 meters to Laberinto del Camino (east of the soccer stadium). A 10-minute walk from the Palas de Rei village center.

During the early evening, Journeyman will host a live musical show featuring a compilation of Journeyman’s Camino-inspired songs in the Palas de Rei village plaza. Hope to see you there!
