Hi, due to limited time, i will be walking from Leon to Berducedo only.

Would like to ask:

- What is a good way to get from Berducedo to Lugo / Santiago / Madrid?

- Any idea is there bus service or taxi service from Berducedo to Lugo?

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.

According to Rome 2 Rio, your best bet is to taxi to A Fonsagrada (not cheap), then take a bus to Lugo (cheap, 3 buses/day).

If you are stopping walking in Berducedo, it is likely cheaper to take a bus from Berducedo to Oviedo. According to Rome 2 Rio, there are 5 buses a week from Berducedo to Pola de Allande and daily buses from there to Oviedo and the whole trip should take about 4 hours. From Oviedo it shouldn't be hard to get back to Madrid.

That's according to Rome 2 Rio. If you use that site to find the website of the bus companies operating the buses, they may show additional buses on the route. That was my experience earlier this summer when looking for a bus from Muxía to Santiago.

If you are stopping walking in Berducedo and save your credential, you can finish your Camino on a future trip and get a Compostela if you get your credential stamped in Berducedo before you leave and again in Berducedo when you return to start walking again.

Hi, has anyone walked the Primitivo in mid-October? What was it like? Weather, tracks and accommodation? I plan to walk from Oviedo to Lugo only, then bus to Santiago after. Thanks for your input.
