The Sands

Look down... Pilgrim on the Way
And see the familar

The dust ingrained in yon boots
Sparkle,wink..and wain in the coming and goings of the days

Stardust rained down and in your eyes

Look up at the Sands of Time falling away west
Reminding you that ...

Fair time is ticking away and some has fallen down to show the way

Time unmeasured falling away before you and what does it say

Is it a friend or foe?
Is it a long lost prayer
For a sunny day

Unanswered and distant bells awaken in the mind

Is it time to start
Is it too late?

Over head... the sands of time fall away

Many pilgrims saw the way to the field of stars
And followed the river way
Some call a milky way....but that is too...
Imprecise...
Once seen..never to be unseen as a child

All the stars
Grains of sand in time
Some washed back into the black

All we have
Is the time we see for a blink
A wink
And its gone

Caught between two worlds
Overhead and below

All we can do is follow the flow into the west

Timeless
The sands of time flow on forever
Will the universe remember itself at that last wink

In dark and endless deathbed
Does the universe dream...
And in remembered joy?
Reignite.

Pilgrim on the Way
Falling toward the west
Time is present fully and completely
Now

Existence is predecated on perception
You exist because you sense it
To know that your alive depends on more than 5 things

Knowledge
That,forbidden fruit
Once bitten
Forever knowing that you have lived
Or not

The Way is one knowledge
Have you really been alive
Or insentiate and not having sensed life

Off you go

Seems to be a lot of people posting about stuff they lost on the Camino recently. I managed to leave a nice new-ish polo shirt somewhere drying and didn't notice for over a week. I hope someone...
Did you meet Bjørn Krohn? Died aged 48 in an albergue, I don't know where, tuesday 21th. I didn't know this until now.
Can anyone tell me if food is available there… anyone stayed recently? Cheers
