Must it be a train? In that case there are trains from Porto to Valenca ( bordertown in Portugal, just cross bridge and you are in Tui).

Otherwise buses to Tui.

Get a spanish phone number with Airalo. eSim, so no physical SIM card. Easy to use app to add more funds if needed.
CP operates trains from Porto Campanha to Valenca. Several.

CP operates Celta trains from Porto Campanha to Vigo in cooperation with Renfe. Twice daily.

Renfe operates trains from Valenca to Tui enroute to Vigo. Twice daily.

Alternatively,

Autna operates buses from Porto (including stop at airport) to Valenca and Vigo four times daily.

ATSA operates buses from Vigo to Tui. See Vigo bus station website for schedule. Service is frequent.

So you have two options ... go via Valenca or go via Vigo and backtrack (which may be faster)
