I found a little parcel this morning, it had been pushed through the letter box by the post man. Yes! Thanks for speedy delivery, TrampersFriend people! So now, tell me: I have watched a video on wrapping it around toes. My hotspots are on the ball of my feet, usually. So how can I keep a bit of the wool in place while trying to put on my socks? ( I can't actually believe I am posting this!)

Perhaps leukotape? I wrapped some around the ball of my foot as a blister preventative
Perhaps Dave our foot expert can comment
