Dag,
Ik kom aan op het vliegveld van Biarritz rond 13u30 op dinsdag 29/5.
www.expressbourricot.com is volzet op dat ogenblik.
Met de bewerkigde treinstakingen voor 29/5 ben ik niet zeker van het openbaar vervoer.
Zijn er andere opties? Andere taxi delen? Iemand?

Translation:

I arrive on Biarritz airport on Tuesday May 29th.
Www.expressbourricot.com is not available at that time.
Because of the trainstrikes I am not sure about the public transport. Are there other options? Share a taxi? Anybody?

Another thing you can do is walk to the main airport entrance and look for fellow pilgrims -- packs, shells, patches, anxious expressions. Ask if anyone would like to share a taxi, or if anyone has space to share a ride. I'm sure you'll have no problem getting a few takers.
