Hi, we are thinking of doing la via de la plata in October-November.
What would be your recommendations?
Weather? Albergues?
How many days would it approximately take?
We are in our 60s (feels so odd to write this).
It took me 42 days which included a day off in Salamanca. There were a few unavoidably long days but one or two short ones too. Quite strenuous in parts but a great experience-I went in may/june with only one wet afternoon.
