Currently walking Prague to Finisterre (2014)
Hi there.
This Spring/Summer I covered the 3,109km distance from Prague to Finisterre, traveling through Czech Republic, Germany, Switzerland, France and Spain.
I kept a blog for each day of my trip, with valuable information regarding accommodation, etc.
You can view my report here if you wish:

Thank you and Buen Camino!

The 2024 Camino guides will be coming out little by little. Here is a collection of the ones that are out so far.
Wow, now that is one fantastic walk and achievement. Congratulations and well done. What an example for all of us.
I look forward to reading your blog.
Buen camino.

Thanks!
I'm considering walking from Tbilisi in Georgia to Finisterre next (as the Jerusalem route is now a no-no)

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

My goodness I just checked out where Tbilisi is located. You must have worn your feet in well for such long distances. How far is this new walk you are planning.? Do you sleep out or do you look for other forms of accommodation?
It would be an ordeal to walk across Australia for a couple of thousand kms but there is very little infrastructure across the country for most of it and one would need a backup support vehicle. It is doable but not something I would do by myself.
Happy planning.

Hi Cejanus :)
I haven't checked yet but I imagine it is around 6-7,000km.
I will mostly sleep out, but also this time looking to take advantage a little of couchsurfing.
I'm looking to plan my route in the next few weeks and definitely want to walk through the likes of Albania.

I guess you will blog this as well. What a story in the making. I wish you well my fellow pilgrim walker. Blessings and may St James walk with you each day.

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

Hi Cejanus.
It's not 100% confirmed yet, but when I have it confirmed (if I do choose this route) then I'll update on my blog and I will hope to document the trip so it might aid others at a later date.
Buen Camino!
Nev :)
