Hi there - I am female, 60 years old and will be walking out of Astorga on the 16th Sept. Just wondering whether there is anyone else out there a little nervous of setting off alone and wanting a bit of company along the way? I do hope there is!!

Ideal sleeping bag liner whether we want to add a thermal plus to our bag, or if we want to use it alone to sleep in shelters or hostels. Thanks to its mummy shape, it adapts perfectly to our body.

Don't worry about setting off on your own, you will soon meet others to walk with if you want to, but its also good to enjoy the peace of walking alone, and you will be unlikely to be out of sight of other pilgrims at that time of year if you are nervous

The walk out of Astorga is a gentle one along a tree-lined road which soon takes you out into the countryside with views ahead to the rising hills. You will find company and have some of the best Camino scenery as you cross by the Cruz de Ferro and down into Molinaseca...fantastic.. You will have a ball :)
