Hi,

I would want to walk the caminho from Oporto to Santiago during Xmas holidays. Is it feasable? Are there any albergues open? What to bring in the backpack (I'm afraid it would be too heavy, I had some backache this month...)?
Thanks to all who can give some advice...
Gianluca
PS to Laurie: I returned from Northern France, I finished my cycling tour... Next week I'll post something about my Lisbon-Oporto caminho.
Lots of love

Your'e brave, we're doing this route in November, we usually go in August / Sept, latest to date was an October trip where it rained every day for 4 weeks... but you live in hope. Have a great trip.
