Want to edit ACCOUNT DETAILS; "FULL Account Details Not Currently Editable"

It is only allowing me the option to change my username, email, and avatar/photo. I don't want to change any of those, just the year of walking.

I am getting a message on the top of my ACCOUNT DETAILS pages that says 'Full Account Details Not Currently Editable' but I'm not sure why. Did I do something wrong?

Not only did I receive a prompt answer to my question, but also it turned out that posting the question solved the the problem: that last post got me to the magic number 6!
I was just able to edit my entire profile including my Camino dates.
