Where to get a pilgrim's passport locally if not starting in SJPP

I'm starting my camino in Pamplona. Does anyone know if (and where) I can get the pilgrims passport locally? I think I read somewhere that you can get them from local places too.

Albergue de Jesús y María, Compañía street, near cathedral.
All places in the Camino are local. There is not an official starting point.

Casa Paderborn also has a credencial for you.
Jochen (member of the confraternity of Saint James in Paderborn, Germany which runs the Casa Paderborn in Pamplona)

In Ireland we can get them through the Irish Society of St. James before we leave, perhaps something similar in your country.
