Hi all, lm starting the Mozarabe from Almeria next week Thursday and l was wondering if anyone can recommend a good place to stay in Granada , like an albergue without a lock in time , l have stayed in some during the Frances and Portuguese caminos where you got given a key or could come back anytime, just wondering as l am planning to meet up with a friend who lives there and may stay out late, buen caminos

A selection of Camino Jewellery
Perhaps a private room at Casa Mercader de Sedas - listed in the guide:

The convent in Granada (Hermanas Comendadoras De Santiago) has strict hours, so it won't be suitable for you. Guests do not get a key to the external gate. Thanks for the advice dont fancy that much

Yes would normally l would love to stay somewhere like that it sounds great , l was referring to not wanting to spend the night stuck between the outer gate and the wall, that would be a different camino experience

I stayed in Hostal Al Andaluz in a six bed dorm (three sturdy bunks) cost 11 euros including sheets, but no blankets, and with a very nice modern bathroom. Booked via Hostalworld. It is fairly central and has a bar. Excellent value for a major tourist attraction.

Down bag (90/10 duvet) of 700 fills with 180 g (6.34 ounces) of filling. Mummy-shaped structure, ideal when you are looking for lightness with great heating performance.

€149,-
Many thanks for the info
