I have recently seen pictures of leather wristbands with a metal shell. Does anyone know where I can buy these? Is there places on the Camino that sell these and other Camino items. I would love to have some type of souvinir from my Camino in November.

You'll find many wristbands in different shapes and sizes in Santiago. It's a haven for souvenirs

Ok, but there is a technique to sorting all these shops and remenbering which ones had your favourites. The smart phone! First be systematic, start at one end of town on one of irs streets and go down the street. Here you have the option of zigzaging from one side of the street to the next, or to go down one "sidewalk" ( there are no sidewalks) and then back in the next. When you find a bracelet for yur short list, take a picture, and then on of the store. Then tackle the next street, and so on

This is great advice. I need to see everything before choosing. Just one problem - no smartphone

There is a nice souvenir shop in Burgos, just near the Cathedral. Buy it there rather than waste time searching everywhere in Santiago.
