August, but feels like October

August, but feels like October

I was on one hand, imagining the smell of October rain,,the smell of wet pavement, of wet limestone, a crisp northern tang to the wind, the sound of drops pittering onto the stones
On the other, the smell of wet grass, carried from some drying field outside of town, the smell of dry pavement grown wet
must be wonderfull!
Looks like Sydney. Wettest August here since 1998. Looking forward to spring, in two days time!
You make rain look so inviting! Especially from my comfortable chair. Doubt I will feel same when I on my Camino getting drenched
I would have thought that with all the rain the SDC & Galicia receives there isn't much difference between the months!!! Cheers
Nice! I recall an early morning rain on the Camino where I didn't event bother to put on rain gear I was so in the moment
