Technical backpack for day trips with backpack cover and internal compartment for the hydration bladder. Ideal daypack for excursions where we need a medium capacity backpack. The back with Air Flow System creates large air channels that will keep our back as cool as possible.

Hi, I think you will have no problems meeting other pilgrimsalong your journey.
Wish you a wonderful journey and a Buen Camino, Peter.

Welcome to the forum Cube. When I walked from SJPdP to Valcarlos I walked alone, but that was because I left town after midday. I am sure that if you leave early in the morning you will have many fellow pilgrims to accompany you some of whom you will, no doubt, have made the acquaintace of the previous night at wherever you stayed. Buen camino!

St James' Way - Self-guided 4-7 day Walking Packages, Reading to Southampton, 110 kms
Leave early as it is a Saturday. I made the error of leaving late and there were plenty of people on the way to the summit. However, they were mostly day trippers who were collected by car near the top of the mountain, leaving me a very lonely pilgrim on the 2 hour walk through the woods to Roncesvalles. Thankfully a smashing bloke called Pepe waited for me. He had noticed my slow progress earlier in the day and had been keeping an eye out for me. (it was his 28th Camino).

buen camino! I'll be a day ahead of you, hopefully on the Napoleon route.

Thank you Bunnymac, Very helpful to know, will be leaving just after breakfast.

Thank you Peter, I am looking forward to it..... Though a little nervous.
The nervous part is normal, when you are on your way that will be gone. The only thing you have to do is enjoy your self.
Wish you well, Peter.
