Anyone who started at Plum Village, Meyrac

Hi everyone,

Together with my friend, I've been planning to walk the Camino France this spring. First we wanted to start in the Netherlands (where we're from), but as first time pelgrims, it might be a good idea to start at St. Jean first. That seems doable.

On the other hand, I've been wanting to visit buddhist monastery Plum Village, in Meyrac, for a while now. I can't seem to find any information of pelgrims who have started their pelgrimage there. Is there anyone who did this before? It will add about 250km to the route to St. James.

I've read that perhaps the VĂ©zelay route could help me from Meyrac to St. James, but I can't seem to find any detailed - non paid - information about this route.

Is there anyone who can help me out? :)
I'm very happy that this website exists, btw. Seems very informative!

Very light, comfortable and compressible poncho. Specially designed for protection against water for any activity.

Our Atmospheric H30 poncho offers lightness and waterproofness. Easily compressible and made with our Waterproof fabric, its heat-sealed interior seams guarantee its waterproofness. Includes carrying bag.

Happy planning and Buen camino!
Thank you, that's very kind. I indeed already found that website, but I can't seem to find any information about starting the Camino from there. Curious if there is information about the VĂ©zelay route online, where I can find a list of all its places :) Perhaps I am able to find out which place is closest to Meyrac!

The one from Galicia (the round) and the one from Castilla & Leon. Individually numbered and made by the same people that make the ones you see on your walk.
