A little more about the St Thomas Way that @Jeff Crawley mentioned in today's Guardian website. Worth pointing out it is a series of short circular walks based on key points on a famous medieval journey rather than one continuous path.

That might just make it more interesting - extra PilgrimPoints for swimming the Severn or the Wye? Bonus points if you do it in big leather boots and wearing a 70L pack? And the plan is actually to drop the M4 tolls altogether by the end of this year to encourage more of you furrynors to spend your cash in our neck of the woods
