Buen Camino Everyone... I am starting my 1st Camino with my daughter in Paris on 21 August. We will fly in, tour a couple days then off to Oviedo to start the Original Way.

Can we obtain a stamp in our credentials at Notre Dame still? If so, is the office still open? I last read this in the forum...

Credential at the Pilgrim Office in the next side street next to the Cathedral .10 , Rue de Cloitre , Paris.

Many thanks for your guidance...

Ideal pocket guides for during and after your Camino. Each weighs just 40g (1.4 oz).
I flew into Paris and although I did not go to notre Dame I got a stamp in our albergue. Enjoy the memories of places that have a stamp. The only stamps that the pilgrim office cares about are the last 100k when you need two a day unless you started before Sarria although they do look at the whole credential.

Thank you… I know it’s my Camino... after I sent that message and thought about it And remembered again, it is my Camino… Thanks for the heads up! I just wanted to remember the entire trip with my daughter by looking at the stamps in the credentials :)

New Original Camino Gear Designed Especially with The Modern Peregrino In Mind!
The cathedral is closed for restorations, obviously.
According to the webpage of the "Amis du Chemin", you can get their stamp in the cafe "LE P'TIT BISTROT", rue Saint-Martin 8, square of the Tour Saint Jacques (the original departing point of medieval pilgrims). Metro Chatelet. The magic words should probably be "tampon (stamp), s' il vous plait"
