Enjoy your Camino and enjoy your memories. My brother passed away 10 days before I started my first of 4 Caminos. I was able to say goodbye to him in Puente la Reina on the bridge by dropping the stone I carried into the river. Now I have a place to go to talk to him.

Hi Mia. So sorry to hear about your husbands passing and well done for not cancelling the walk. I'm sure you won't regret it. I'm not sure I'll be very good company for the first few days though. I'll be starting really slowly and taking 2 days to Roncesvalles. Rob
