  • Hi John, Congratulations. So long as you walk at least 100kms and finish in Santiago you can get a Compostela there. Following routes in reverse is difficult as the signage doesn't work well I got lost a couple of times. All the best for 2016, Mike
    Thanks Devon Mike. We wanted to get a Compostela and planned to walk to the coast from Santiago. When I went to get the credentials I was told we had to finish in Santiago. We took the bus to Muxia and walked to Finisterra and back to Santiago. Other than some difficulty with finding the arrows in the reverse diction, it was grand.
