I’ve got some by ‘Sea to summit’ the smallest is 5 or 6 litres. They’re well made.
Alternately the roll-top clip-fastening dry-bags (many brands, I use ‘Exped’) work well.
As to where you can get them in Spain, I don’t know.

I’ve got reflective tape on my poles and a red-flashing light which goes on the back of my rucksack for early starts. I also walk on the left of the road in Spain such that I’m facing the oncoming traffic.
