I arrived in Pamplona from Madrid today and will start my Camino tomorrow. Glad to see the rain will hold off until Tuesday, should make the descent from Alto de Perdon a little safer. Hope to see many of you along the way, Buen Camino to all!

I just changed my flights (Sept 10-Oct 30) from Bordeaux to Madrid since USDoS put France on the travel advisory. Hopefully Spain won’t be added but you never know. I still plan on doing C Frances but will be starting in Roncavilles vs SJPdP. I’ll post an update if things change.

I’m in a similar situation myself. Colonectomy in 2001 from colon cancer (Ileostomy since then) and have many of the same questions. Plan on statin Camino Frances in September. Good luck and Buen Camino!
