Hello- Just want to be sure that this service is up and running still as the post is a bit old. We will be walking the Portuguese route in September and would like to send a package to Santiago from Italy.

If you are starting in Porto you have other options to send a bag from there.
Tuitrans offers transport directly from Porto to Santiago.

OK, remember that if you are sending across borders, like Italy to Spain, that there may be some kind of hangup with customs. Check with @ivar first before sending to get his input on how and what to do.

I had it sent to their partner in Santiago, Loop Inn.
