I'm thinking of combining the Invierno and the Sanbares next year. Does anyone know if there is a transport link between A Laxe and Ourense. My thinking was to start in Ponferrada, walk to A Laxe then travel to Ourense and complete by walking to Santiago. Thus walking both Caminos.
Whe I walked the Inglés last September there were a few people using the digital credential. Ftom what I could see you could scan a digital code on the way markers laong the route. So you didn't necessarily need to get them from bars or accommodation.
Be there in three weeks staying in Grasmere 😊. Have beeh over Sticks Pass a few times. We use it as part of a 4 day circular walk from Keswick to Patterdale, Patterdale to Grasmere, Grasmere to Rosthwaite and Rosthwaite to Keswick.
Yesterday was the first day of a week in Dorset. First walk was ftom Lyme Regis to Seaton and back, about 15 miles in total wit lots of ups and downs. Weather was beautiful.
I'm looking to do the Ingles at the end of August. As it's such a short distance i was thinking of just wearing my sketchers. Would this be a good idea, or would proper walking shoes be necessary.
