Invierno or Sanabras
Hello Pilgrims. I depart today LAX - Madrid. I will begin my first Camino on November 23, 2021, starting at Verin - Laza - Vilar de Barrio - Xunquerida de Ambia then picking up the Sanabres Camino from there in Ourenses. And yes, I have rain gear as the forecast is cloudy and rain the entire 10 days :) ! I'm looking forward to a Buen Camino!

Shelbel,
Stay safe and Buen camino from cold and foggy France.

Buen camino! Walking in fall and winter is a great choice! I did in 2009 and would do it again, if I had the chance! It is quiet, only a few pilgrims are on the way, less open albergues but closer contacts to other pilgrims and no race for the next bed since there are only about 20 other pilgrims staying. At least in winter 2009 it was like that... Stay healthy and enjoy!

Buen camino!

I will be starting my first non virtual camino on December 19, Sarria to Santiago. I look forward to your updates!
