Although this is the most informative site, its also the most users-unfriendly. I previously posted on the calendar my starting dates - now I cant find it - maybe I am too stupid... Anyway - I am starting the Norte on the 2nd of May..
Hi Lynhardy
I assumed it will be nice weather, so I will not take mid-winter stuff. I follow a 32 day route, and will sleep in Albergues, but also carry a very light-weight tent, just in case accommodation is a problem
Im from South Africa and am excited to start my Camino del Norte on the 2nd of May 2022. I was booked and paid to start in 2020, but South Africa first invented the new Corona viruses!
Buen Camino!!
If you do your trip during that time, which will be a month before I start, please keep contact with me as now it not only the bedbugs, but also the Corona bugs! :-)
En Voorspoed!
The plan is to continue from Santiago to Finisterre through to Muxia. I have an itinerary, but that will only hold if everything goes to plan. I do have extra days though.
Helen - If everything goes according to plan, I should arrive in Santiago on the 6th June... I start at Irun on the 5th May. From there I will carry (plan to:D carry) on to Finisterre and then Muxia. When do you plan to arrive in Santiago?
Im from Somerset-West, near Cape Town, South Africa.
I am going to do (attempt) my forth Camino in May / June, doing the Norte and then onto Finisterre and Muxia...
Wish me luck!
