As you probably know, the Napoleon route is closed until the first of April, so if you start from SJPdP it will be on the Valcarlos route.
As far as weather goes, this site is helpful:

TrekkInn carries Merrell Antora.

You can order them and have them delivered to a pick up point. I would recommend someplace where you will be in a little over a week. Google the postal code for the town where you would...
Allow yourself more days to complete the Camino than you think you'll need, and definitely more days than the guide books tell you. Keep these days in reserve for when you want to stop early or take a day off.
If you never use those reserve days you can use them to spend more time in Santiago...
Update: just picked up my package. The parcel locker was in a lavandería.
Super easy process. I entered my code, and the locker with my package popped open.
The store Trekk Inn is in Spain and carries Hokas. You can have a package delivered to a parcel locker. You would have to wait until about a week or so before you need to shoes and determine a town that's maybe 10 days away, because if you don't pick them up within a specifed time they will be...
But "the Camino" is made up of all kinds of paths and roads that local people use. I can imagine the reaction that Spaniards would have if they were required to have a permit to walk or cycle on their local roads and paths!
It ain't ever going to happen.
I think that you should be able to easily walk to Burgos in your time frame, even doing a couple of short days. It's 214 km between Pamplona and Burgos, so you need to average just under 20 km/day.
I hope that the phone is found. Definitely use the steps in the link that @K_Lynn provided to locate the phone.
I know that it's no help to you now, but I do a couple of things to keep from losing my phone.
First, I use this type of lanyard that attached my phone to my crossbody bag. It could...
This has been reported on the forum in the past, but it's a very rare occurrence, and not something I worry about. I never leave my valuables unattended, and I doubt there's any value in my dirty socks.
But I definitely am not inclined to take a nap alone out in the open anywhere in the world...
I'm on the Camino Francés right now, and this is also a very busy time for the early stages, but I saw a total of five other pilgrims while I was walking today. The reason is that I'm not staying in traditional end stage towns. Last night I was in Cirauqui where only 9 of 20 beds were full...
If nothing is available in Roncesvalles, you can try Burguete which is less than 3 km past Roncesvalles.
Gronze.com is a great source of information for albergues and other accommodations on the Camino. They have contact information to contact the properties directly...
Just today an Italian pilgrim told me and my walking partners that we should walk barefoot across the bridge. I didn't hear the part about walking on the rough stones, so being sensible I walked on the smooth stones.
I would suggest that you cross reference any place that you find on Google, booking.com or another source with Gronze, which only shows accommodations on or near the Camino.
Here's the Gronze listings for Ferreiros:

The smaller Decathlon "City" stores don't have nearly as many products as the larger stores, so that could have been the issue. You can use the Decathlon website to check the availability of a product at a particular store. It's also useful to take a screenshot of the product to show the...
