    Are you asking about daily bag transport? 8 pm is the time that you need to notify them where to pick up your bags the next morning. So if you have a reservation in Sarria that is serviced by the bag transport company you simply notify them to pick them up there.

    Since you are in the US I strongly recommend a Schwab Account and debit card. It's so easy to set up, and you never have to worry about ATM fees anywhere. There's also no foreign transaction fees and no minimum balance.

    You don't need a separate day pack. You can carry your regular backpack everyday. On days that you need to carry less weight offload heavier items into a lightweight duffel bag like this one from Amazon that @J Willhaus has recommended and send that ahead.

    The website is mostly about sending packages and luggage to @ivar. You can send him a private message or an email to the address on the website about a letter sized envelope. (I'm assuming that's how they would send it)

    But minimum connection times are for itineraries with protected connections, i.e., all flights booked in one ticket. In the OP's case, if they miss the flight to Cairo they will have to purchase a new ticket. Also, this isn't a Camino related question.
