In Muxia definitely give restaurant O Porto a try. I’m coeliac and they are very knowledgeable and clear about what’s safe to eat and what not. I’d definitely recommend the restaurant at the Albergues/hotel As Eiras in Lires. Very tasty food and lovely service. UK Flights Chaos Jubilee Holiday week
I’m flying to Santiago from Gatwick tomorrow to do walk to Fisterra and Muxia. So far nothing from EasyJet and I also guess that less busy routes are less affected.
