    You are right about the Peregrines. I have heard differing reports on the recent quality of Hoka's. Keen Newport H2 seem to be a popular choice. thanks

    I am trying to get a cancellation with the podiatrist, who is highly recommended. I go on the 7th Sep. Meanwhile, going to try orthotic insoles. Unfortunately we do not have a good hiking store anywhere near by. Thank you so much for your reply.
