@sippymarie I might be in a similar boat (and on a similar schedule)! Trying to negotiate more time off from work so I can walk the entire Frances, but it might just not be feasible this year. In general, is there any restriction on where you can keep food overnight in albergues? (I'm thinking like a pastry or bread or something for the morning) When I've stayed in dorm-like settings previously, food wasn't allowed in the sleeping areas for pest control purposes. Currently shopping for a ultralight sleep system and I've seen some great looking super light down and synthetic bags like the Sea to Summit traveler, Near Zero, or quilts from Enlightened Equipment.
