    Hi, just home after a great trip. We were told on our Camino that Compeed should only be used as prevention...Do not use on already formed blisters! They 'cook ' your blisters. Use Vaseline in mornings on your feet, change your socks during the day. If blisters form, drain them with a needle...

    trekking poles

    I'm just back, had no problem in Dublin with poles attached to our Backpacks...unfortunately they were taken from us on our return flight, I deliberately brought cheap poles as I heard there could be problems...it may be worth checking in your Backpack. Caroline :D

    Does anybody know if Ryanair are likely to have a summer flight to Bordeaux from Cork? I was considering Cork-Paris but it seems to be a long Journey from Paris to St. Jean and our flight arrives in CDG about 3pm. Otherwise I might fly Dublin -Biarritz. Travelling end of June. Caroline 8)
