    After Roncesvalles coming into Zuburi is downhill diabolical. Then going up to those wonderful steel sculptures & down the other side of that hill is tough too. So I agree Pamplona it is. You can also ask for the distance certificate from Pamplona if you walk the whole way from there. Good luck...
