I really wanted to do...
Thanks so much for reply lance...
That puts my mind at ease a bit... I will be getting my bag transferred for sure... all I really need to be 100% sure about now is how to get to sarria from the airport... I had asked these questions before when I decided I wanted to do it but can't find the old...

Thanks bradypus for reply.. spreading/evening out walk sounds a lot better I'll definitely check that site out... nerves are already starting to kick in ... that place sounds like a nice spot to stop

Hi.. so I'm walking from sarria to Santiago and I was lucky enough to get this advice for my route.. have to admit the real long 1 scares me a bit..
Should I stick to this?
Any advice greatly appreciated
So I finally booked my flights... I leave Dublin on the 26th April and fly to Santiago the plan is to make my way to sarria and start walking on the 27th...
I have 1 week which is all I could manage... so if anyone has any tips I'd be really grateful and any idea of weather at that time too...
Sorry if this has been asked already... I'm just curious about access to ATMs along the camino? I'm not going till may but have been thinking carrying cash might not be the best option and do accommodations accept card payment?
Thanks
Thanks for reply Jozero
I just wasn't sure if they even provided somewhere to hand was or dry clothes.. but clothes lines ... perfect ..!!! Not that I'm going for long or plan in having to wash much.. I'm going in may so hoping I won't need too many heavy clothes and the clothes I do take...
Ok... so I've read a lot on this forum and often hear people saying they rinsed clothes out and dried them too... how are you all doing this? Is there some kind of laundry service or am I being ridiculous even thinking that... is it just a bucket and soap
Thanks again folks
Paula
Thanks for reply... I'll only be walking 5 days so I'm hoping not too much for me...
My plan is to prepare by walking, running, swimming doing classes etc.. a lot more than I've ever done anyway.. so I hope this prepares me a bit..
Paula
Hi again
So I plan to do the Camino Frances in may... I am starting to try "get fitter" I'm just wondering what injuries are most common and is there anything I should do to prevent or be prepared?
Thanks
That is such a coincidence Rebekah.. I was literally just reading a thread where your name popped up twice.. I was about to check out "living the dream" then your comment came thru
I will take all said into consideration tho
