    My newest favorite toy is the website Urcamino.com. For the routes that it covers its a great planning tool. You can punch in your start place and say what is your average distance per day. It will then tell you how long that would take and give you all sorts of flexible options for plotting...

    Truly wishing you well!! :-) Just take it slowly and listen to your body. Take breaks!!! When I walk with my hubby aka Raymond the Reluctant Pilgrim, we take a break every hour to hour and a half. Five minutes. Shoes off. Water and perhaps a bite of something. I actually use the damn phone...
